KARACHI: In today’s lockdown, almost everyone is spending most of their time in front of the TV and laptops in such a way that it is difficult to maintain fitness, Fitness Expert Ramiz Ahmed has suggested some ways to maintain fitness.


According to the details, Fitness Expert Ramiz Ahmed attended the ARY News morning show Bakhabar Sweera and spoke about exercise and diet.

He focuses more on how to keep fit in today’s lockdown when outdoor activities are almost over and all the time is spent at home.

Experts say that there is a dire need these days to make a schedule and adhere to it strictly and that exercise should be an important part of this schedule.

Ramiz also mentioned ways to do certain exercises while at home, which can be seen in the video below. These exercises can keep the body active and fit.

“I have seen that people now cook and consume different foodstuffs that increase in weight,” he said. Make your diet consist of good carbs, protein, and good fats.

In this regard, Ramiz said that good carbs include white boiled rice, brown bread, and dried fruits, while protein-rich foods are fish, chicken, and mutton.

He also dispelled a misconception about exercise that an extended stomach is not only less than exercise but also a diet.

Apart from this, the exercise of making fillets can also reduce the stomach as the stomach begins to move inward before exercise. This is further enhanced by different postures.
